The RIVER OF SILENCE exhibition was on view in the National Gallery in Bangkok, Thailand (April 2 through April 30, 2010) and at Silpakorn University Cultural Center (May 10 through June 11, 2010) and showcased work by three artists, each of whom presented paintings inspired by or related to specific musical compositions. The featured works of the artists Lancelott, Preecha Pun-Klum, and Tawatchai Somkong are included in a forthcoming publication that shares the same title of the exhibition.
RIVER OF SILENCE is over 300 pages with 195 illustrations and includes essays and commentaries by an international roster of composers, conductors, musical artists, musicologists, art historians and arts professionals who participate in a dialogue on the relationship between music and the visual arts.
